兰州凡尘安星特殊教育中心成立于2017年2月6日，于2017年3月2日在兰州市民间组织管理局正式注册登记，是由社会爱心人士联合募捐，特教老师携手创办的“爱心学校”。凡尘安星是为2—16周岁的自闭症、发育迟缓、学习障碍、脑瘫等心智障碍儿童提供康复训练，为特殊儿童家长提供心理援助，为社会企业、爱心人士、大学生志愿者等提供助残服务的特殊童教育中心。 同时，凡尘安星提供身心障碍者关怀并整合相关资源以利提高其社区活动参与，使更多身心障碍儿童及少年，逐渐投入社会，回归到一般社会环境中。微信号：zhangjuan976378

Profile of Fan Chen An Xing Special Education Center, Lanzhou FanChenAnXing Special Education Center, Lanzhou, was founded on Feb. 6th in 2017. It is a “Loving School” officially registered in Non-Government Organization Bureau on Mar. 2nd 2017 and co-founded by parents of special kids and teachers with donation of loving persons.
